1064 MISSION STREET

PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

ABOUT

The site at 7th and Mission is a joint endeavor being co-developed by Mercy Housing and Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco and will be the location of a new supportive rental housing development for formerly homeless seniors (age 55 years+) and adults.

The two buildings share a public Community Open Space and are located on the former parking lot at 1064 Mission Street in San Francisco. In total, the properties will include 256 studio apartments with service centers and program spaces throughout for the use of residents

The site is adjacent to the James R. Browning Court House and is on land provided by the Federal Government which has stipulated that the site be used exclusively for supportive housing and services addressing the needs of people currently experiencing homelessness.
